  • Breast of Chicken Stuffed with Foie Gras – Served w/ Honey & Pears, perfectly stuffed to your liking!
  • Char grilled Chicken Mignon – Cooked on our char grill and topped with melted garlic butter on avocado salsa, steamed vegetables, and braised-barrel potatoes
  • Chicken Marsala – Pan seared chicken breast topped with sautéed exotic mushrooms and Marsala wine sauce
  • Chicken Marengo – Sautéed chicken breasts served in an herb tomato sauce over seasoned rice and rosemary roasted vegetables
  • Chicken Piccata – This sauté, a variation on veal piccata, uses pounded skinless chicken breast and tops them with an easy pan sauce made with fresh lemon juice, capers and chopped parsley
  • Chicken Stuffed w/ Smoked Mozzarella – Filled with mozzarella cheese
  • Coq au Vin – De-boned Half Chicken braised in red wine sauce with mushrooms and pearl onions
  • Grilled Breasts of Chicken with Ratatouille – Tender chicken seared on our grill, served over fresh ratatouille vegetables with an olive and caper sauce and new potatoes
  • Hickory Smoked Chicken – Smoked, grilled and basted with BBQ Sauce

  • Grouper En Papillote / Pecan Encrusted Halibut – Served on wilted spinach and mashed potatoes

  • Veal Milanese – Lightly breaded veal chop on a bed of basmati accompanied by Italian herb meatballs w/ marinara and asparagus bundles
